Fruits are generally used in baking and something to make sweet, but have you ever heard of making veggie from a fruit??? Kind of confusing right! Whether it is a fruit or it is vegetable, sweet or savory who knows.
Some people don’t like to eat over ripped bananas, so this recipe is good to go. Very few spices are needed to prepare this recipe. Generally it is made in Gujrati or Jain homes.
There is no need for any other vegetable. No onion and garlic are used so it is suitable for jains. Also, no butter or milk is needed so it is suitable for vegans too. One more Indian recipe which is already a vegan recipe.
It is a quick vegetable that can just require 5 minutes and when your basket is loaded with ripped bananas.
STEPS TO MAKE THE DISH-
Take 2 Ripe bananas and peel.
Chop bananas in round shapes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot on low flame.
For tempering add 1tsp cumin seeds and mustered seeds.
Add sesame seeds 1/2tbsp.
Add Chopped banana , sugar 2tbsp, salt 1tsp. red pepper 1/4tbsp.
