Green banana is unripened banana, which tends to be firm and can not be eaten raw. Since it’s raw and not sweet so it is used to make salty dishes. It is best replacement for potatoes .

To make Dry Banana Vegetable you need-
Ingredients
Green Banana-2
Edible Oil- 5Tablespoon
Cumin seeds-2teaspoon
Hing-pinch
Green Chilly 1
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder-1/2Tablespoon
Recipe
For making Vegetable, peel the bananas and chop it ethier round shapes or in to half. Put oil in to a pan and heat to make tadka. Put Cumin seeds, hing, Turmeric powder and green chillies chopped. Add chopped green banans and put it on stove on medium flame. As these are dry it requires more time and oil to have crispiness. Add salt in last when you start seeing crisp and mix properly. Serve with chapati.
