If you are a nonvegetarian then most of the part you have to work on is your food. Because that is the area where you use more animals in comparison to other things individually.
There are many types of nonvegetarians like some eat non-veg daily, some once or twice a week or some in months. Now there are some vegetarians who only eat eggs. In India, during Festival of Navratri(Hindu Festival of 9 days) people quit meat too. But all of these eateries are eating a living being, whether it is once in a day or in a year. As we are hurt by a needle or by a knife they feel the same pain too. There is no “Easy way” or a “Human Way” for killing a living being. Like we are afraid of death they are too.
When We talk about “vegetarians” than there are only a few things that differentiate them with vegans in terms of food. Like Vegetarians do eat honey or have milk products like Milk or curt of Cottage cheese, cheese, etc. Also, some vegans don’t use white sugar and palm oils too.
Vegans don’t consume any animal products like meat or eggs or fish or Milk products or honey. The reason behind not having milk products is very simple “Not your Mom, Not your Milk”. Every female body produces milk when she is pregnant, this means that milk is for her child. We humans have no need for consuming any kind of animal milk. Cows/buffaloes, goats, camels are harmed, mistreated, injected and machined for milk, their kids are snatched from them. The very basic reason for eating vegan food is vegans consider every life equal. They avoid the cruelty of food.
