After turning vegan, first thing Indians may worry about is, how they are going to have their most favorite drink i.e. “Tea”. Finding plant-based milk in India is still a headache. In small cities, you may not find nut milk or soya milk easily. So why not to make it at home.
There are many types of milk available like cashew, almond, oats, soya, rice, etc.
Cashew milk is creamier than all other plant-based milk and easy to make to as compared to Almond Milk.
In almond milk either you have to soak it for 6-7hrs or boil almonds to remove the skin. But for making cashew milk it’s not necessary to soak or boil it.
You can see Almond milk recipe from the following link.
Making cashew is like making juice. You have to take cashews and grind it in a grinder with water until it becomes a paste. You can add water as thick or thin you want milk.
Or You can boil cashew first so it will soften cashews and it will be more easy to grind it.
