Capsicum gravy /Masala curry is very much like other similar gravy but One thing is different. That is I have added scratch of almond milk that is almond paste. It has tomatoes , all spices and almond paste.

To make dry curry Soak soybeans for 7-8 hours then boil in a pressure cooker and cook in vegetable oil. It is very easy to make and quick once boiled.

“Besan ke gatte” or “Gatte ki Sabzi” is gravy dish prepared in the state of India- ‘Rajsthan’. It is made with gram flour. Small pressed round shaped ball like pieces, fried in the gravy made with gram flour. It can be eaten with chapati, paratha , Bati and also with rice.
