This raw banana khichadi tatses very much like sago khichadi. Is is salty and little sweet because of pomegranate. Pomegranate gives a very little sweet flavor and don’t let it taste dry. You can make it for breakfast as it will keep you full and energetic for a long time.
It is basically one pot recipe, gluten free, nut free , soya free and I made this without butter so it’s vegan. Normally khichadi is vegetarian dish with added butter. If you want it to be vegan just use oil instead of butter or any vegan butter or vegan ghee.
This noodles, I make at home are instant , when I crave for some Chinese noodles I just make these. These are very easy to make and requires only All purpose flour, salt , oil and water. I use traditional brass maker to make noodles.
