We all crave noodles slurping from the bowl all the time. But won’t it be great if our moms don’t scold us for eating only outside food all the time? Well, it will be good to cook something you love at home, knowing that it will be more clean and healthy than buying from the market.
This noodles, I make at home are instant, when I crave for some Chinese noodles I just make these. These are very easy to make and require only All-purpose flour, salt, oil, and water. I use traditional brass makers to make noodles.
You will need a noodles maker though for the shapes or you can try any other shape with the same dough. Check out the video below the recipe for clarity.
Preparation time – 10 minutes. Cooking time- 12-14 minutes
All-purpose flour -2 cups
Salt to taste
Start making the dough by mixing flour with salt and putting half oil.
Knead the dough for sometime properly.
Take a pot, add some water and heat water till it starts boiling. Water should be enough for dough quantity.
Cut dough into sizes as per your noodle maker and put that into it.
Now start making noodles and put that directly into the water boiling pot.
Do the same for the rest of the dough.
Keep in the boiling water for at least 10-12 minutes until it’s cooked properly.
Now strain the water in a pot and wash noodles with some cold water.
