Many people ask questions that what is an alternative option for animal milk. To answer that, there are different types of nut milk or soya milk, oats milk, rice milk and we can make them all at home. There is a myth that these vegan milks are very expensive. But I wanna clarify that these milk are not very much costly in comparison to animal milk if you make them at home.
Making them at home is very easy and not only they are good for the health but also you will have a fresh drink, made in a clean environment.
In this post, I am going to show you how to make almond milk at home.
Ingredients
Almonds 50gram
Water
Recipe –
To make almond milk quickly, first of all, put all almonds in a pot and put some water and boil it. Or you can soak almonds overnight and remove the skin in the morning so there won’t be any need for boiling.
After it boils properly let it cool down and then remove its skin. Put all almonds into a blender and some water.
Blend it until it starts turning into a smooth paste. More water can be added if needed.
Now empty this into a bowl and add water as much you want it to be thick or thin.
Almond milk is ready. If you want you can strain it with a cloth or strainer so there will remain no particles of almonds. This milk costs around 50-80rs/ltr depending upon the price of almond. As we know how much almonds are good for health this milk will give same benefits.
